1. CAMPAIGN CANCELLATION REFUNDS

1.1 Minimum Slots Requirement

All campaigns require a minimum of 10 paid slots to proceed to print. This ensures we can deliver quality campaigns at competitive prices.

1.2 What Happens If Campaign Doesn't Fill

If fewer than 10 slots are sold by the deposit deadline, the campaign will be cancelled. You will have two options:

OPTION A: REFUND (MINUS PAYPAL FEE)

You receive a refund of your deposit minus the PayPal transaction fee.

Example:

- Your deposit: $225.00

- PayPal fee: $6.83

- Your refund: $218.17

Why the PayPal fee is deducted:

- PayPal charges a transaction fee when we receive your payment

- PayPal does NOT refund transaction fees under any circumstances

- We cannot recover this fee from PayPal

- Therefore, we cannot refund this fee to you

- This is standard practice in the payment processing industry

Refund timeline: 5 business days to your original payment method

OPTION B: 10% DISCOUNT ON NEXT CAMPAIGN

Instead of a refund, you can apply your deposit toward a future campaign and receive an additional 10% discount.

Example:

- Your deposit: $225.00

- 10% discount: $22.50

- Total credit: $247.50 toward next campaign

Benefits:

- No PayPal fee deducted

- Get more value ($247.50 vs $218.17)

- Discount applies to any future campaign

- Discount never expires

- Can be used anytime

1.3 How to Choose

You must choose Option A or Option B within 3 business days of campaign cancellation notification. If you don't respond within 3 days, Option B (10% discount) will be automatically applied.

1.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

2. NO REFUNDS AFTER DESIGN APPROVAL

2.1 Design Approval is Final

Once you approve your design proof, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Your balance payment is due and non-refundable.

2.2 Why No Refunds After Approval

When you approve your design, we:

- Lock your design

- Reserve your slot

- Schedule printer production

- Commit to USPS mailing

- Cannot cancel without significant losses

2.3 What You're Approving

When you approve your design proof, you are confirming:

- Design is correct

- All information is accurate

- You approve the layout

- You approve the colors

- You approve the messaging

- You are ready to proceed to print

2.4 Before You Approve

Before approving your design, you can:

- Request changes

- Request revisions

- Ask questions

- Request different options

- Take time to review

Once you approve, you cannot change your mind.

3. NO REFUNDS FOR NON-PERFORMANCE

3.1 We Don't Guarantee Results

We make NO guarantee regarding:

- Response rate

- Lead generation

- Sales or revenue

- Business results

- Customer quality

- Conversion rate

3.2 Why We Don't Guarantee Results

Direct mail response varies based on many factors outside our control:

- Your business type

- Your offer

- Your market

- Economic conditions

- Seasonal factors

- Competition

- Customer behavior

3.3 What We Do Provide

We provide:

- Professional design

- Quality printing

- USPS mailing

- QR code tracking

- Performance reporting

- Honest data

3.4 No Refunds for Low Response

If your campaign gets low response, no refund will be issued. This is standard in the direct mail industry.

3.5 What You Can Do

If your campaign underperforms:

- Review the performance report

- Analyze what worked and didn't

- Adjust your offer for next campaign

- Try a different zone

- Try a different message

- Try a different slot size

4. NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED DEADLINES

4.1 Deadlines Are Firm

All deadlines specified in your Service Agreement are firm and non-negotiable:

- Deposit deadline

- Contract deadline

- Balance due date

- Asset submission deadline

- Approval deadline

4.2 Missing a Deadline = Forfeiture

If you miss any deadline:

- Your slot is forfeited

- Your deposit is non-refundable

- You cannot participate in the campaign

- No exceptions

4.3 Why Deadlines Are Firm

Deadlines are necessary to:

- Coordinate with printer

- Coordinate with USPS

- Manage multiple campaigns

- Ensure quality

- Meet mail dates

4.4 No Extensions

We cannot extend any deadline. Missing a deadline results in immediate forfeiture.

4.5 Examples of Missed Deadlines

- Asset submission: You don't submit your ad file

- Approval: You don't approve your design proof

- Balance payment: You don't pay by deadline

- Contract signing: You don't sign by deadline

All result in forfeiture of your slot and deposit.

4.6 Plan Ahead

To avoid missing deadlines:

- Mark all deadlines in your calendar

- Set reminders 1 week before

- Set reminders 2 days before

- Set reminders 1 day before

- Respond early, not at the last minute

5. PAYPAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

5.1 What Are PayPal Fees

When you pay via PayPal, PayPal charges a transaction fee:

- 2.9% of transaction amount

- Plus $0.30 per transaction

Example:

- Your payment: $225.00

- PayPal fee: $6.83

- Amount we receive: $218.17

5.2 Why PayPal Fees Aren't Refundable

- PayPal charges the fee when we receive payment

- PayPal keeps the fee (we don't receive it)

- PayPal does NOT refund fees under any circumstances

- We cannot recover the fee from PayPal

- Therefore, we cannot refund the fee to you

5.3 This Is Standard Practice

All businesses that accept PayPal face the same situation. PayPal fees are non-refundable by

PayPal policy.

5.4 If Campaign Is Cancelled

If your campaign is cancelled due to insufficient slots and you choose a refund:

- We refund your deposit

- We deduct the PayPal fee

- You receive: Deposit - PayPal fee

Example:

- Your deposit: $225.00

- PayPal fee: $6.83

- Your refund: $218.17

5.5 Alternative: 10% Discount

To avoid losing the PayPal fee, choose Option B (10% discount on next campaign) instead of a refund. You'll get more value:

- Your deposit: $225.00

- 10% discount: $22.50

- Total credit: $247.50

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

6.1 Reporting Payment Issues

If you have an issue with a payment, you must report it within 30 days of the transaction.

6.2 30-Day Window

After 30 days, we cannot assist with payment

disputes. PayPal's dispute window closes after

180 days.

6.3 How to Report a Dispute

Contact us immediately:

- Include: Transaction ID, date, amount, issue

6.4 Common Disputes

- Duplicate charge: We can refund

- Wrong amount charged: We can refund

- Unauthorized payment: We can investigate

6.5 After 30 Days

If you report a dispute after 30 days, we may

not be able to help. Contact PayPal directly.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

7.1 No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds. You either:

- Get a full refund (minus PayPal fee)

- Get a 10% discount on next campaign

- Get no refund (if after approval)

7.2 No Proration

We do not prorate refunds based on:

- Partial campaign completion

- Partial mailing

- Partial response

- Any other factor

7.3 All or Nothing

It's all or nothing. Either the campaign runs or it doesn't.

8. REFUND TIMELINE

8.1 Campaign Cancellation Refunds

All refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

❌ Revision fees ($25 each)

Q: What if I change my mind after signing?

A: Once you sign your Service Agreement, you

Q: What if I don't like my design?

A: You can request changes before approval.

Once you approve, no changes or refunds.

Q: What if my campaign gets no response?

A: We don't guarantee response. No refund

for low performance.

Q: What if I miss the approval deadline?

A: Your slot is forfeited. No refund.

Q: What if I miss the balance payment deadline?

A: Your slot is forfeited. No refund.

Q: Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

A: No. We don't offer satisfaction guarantees.

You approve everything before we proceed.

Q: What if there's a printing error?

A: Contact us immediately. We'll work with

the printer to resolve.

Q: What if USPS doesn't deliver?

A: We're not responsible for USPS delivery.

We provide proof of mailing.

Q: Can I cancel after the campaign mails?

A: No. Once mailed, no refunds.

Q: What if I want to do another campaign?

A: Great! We'll send you a new Service

Agreement with new deadlines.
